25/08/2004: Pug Corp Announces Delay until Xmas on  Pug1000FX™, This is due to the now updated specs in the GPU memory which will consist of new Samsung/Motorola DDR4 4000mhz Ram. However, the company has confimed it’s testing with ID Software and is amazed at how the new card performs.

Initial testing shows that at 1600x1200 @ 16xAA and 32xAF an average framerate of 96fps was achieved. This was on a AMD Athlon XP 2500+ with 1Gb ram!

We can’t wait to see some more technical details!

Leadtek has released pictures of their varient...

This is the only benchmark that's been able to run at the moment due to unstable drivers... however, we reckon by the end of the weekend... we'll have some concrete games results!

We do however have some images from games like FarCry and Stalker to show just how clear the graphics are.... note the use of PS 4.0 and how clear the images are...This as you can all see, are way way clearer than with either PS 1.0 or PS 2.0 or the much vaunted PS 3.0 of the new NVIDIA 6800 U
