Ride ! Some people have got this thing about the 4x4s rear suspension; they think that because its hydraulic its difficult to work on. Get the car to Col at PPM and hell sort the rear out for 40. The only serious problem with lowering is going too low. At 70mm you can expect to set a few more sparks flying than you bargained for. 18s simply arent a problem for the 405, which obviously means, that with a little bit of arch work, 19s will go on! Dont forget the 15-20mm offset when getting the wheels!

The standard brakes are fine for stock cars, but if youre thinking about power and who doesnt? then upgrade. Youre messing with your life. Try a pair of 285mm discs for about 500 with 4-pot callipers. If youre not bothered about money, then go for AP 325mm race spec four-pot kit. How much? Well, 1400 nice though.
